About Us
Willow Creek Treatment Center and North Valley School, established in 1985, is a division of Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. Located in Santa Rosa, California in beautiful Sonoma County, the program is located 45 miles north of San Francisco. Willow Creek serves 44 emotionally disturbed youths in seven residential homes and up to 85 students at North Valley School from both the residential program and the community. We are specialized in treating emotionally disturbed youths in a least restrictive environment with the value of community and personal growth in mind.
We have served deaf students and clients ages 10-18 since 1993. Our Program provides for deaf and hard-of-hearing severely emotionally disturbed (SED) children who are unable to attend regular schools. Due to organic or environmental reasons, the children require intensive behavioral and emotional support, and many require medical attention. Until now, these SED children had no other choice except state hospitals, hearing group homes with little or no interpreting services, or out of state placements.
