Our Staff

All staff members are certified through their training with Victor Training in Therapeutic Intervention for assault response, CPR, and First Aid that are conducted by certified trainers. They receive weekly and month training as well. Staff development days at the school are provided to ensure quality services and safety for the residents. Licensed clinicians meet with staff members at both the house and school on a regular and consistent basis to develop and train on individual interventions most appropriate for each individual child.
